A to Z Bonus Challenge - Disney Characters
I just can't stand it...an A to Z Challenge without Disney! So here's a mini bonus Disney character Challenge of my favorite Disney characters. It's pretty crazy to do two challenges, but I'm not known for my sanity gene!
G-Ghosts, as in Grim Grinning, as in 999 happy haunts that "live" in the Haunted Mansion (but there is room for a 1000), or even better, the lonesome kind! Disney so loved his ghosts (as do I)! The Haunted Mansion is my absolute favorite ride at Disney World (as well as my sister, Am's). It's changed numerous times throughout the years, but it's still the ride I never get sick of.
Madame Carlotta storytelling outside the mansion at Halloween (different than Madame Leota who "resides" in the seance room):
One of the oldest cartoons I remember watching (and still love watching to this day) was Lonesome Ghosts. I had a Fisher Price movie viewer as a kid and Lonesome Ghosts was my favorite. Due to the unfortunate decision that my parents made in determining that I was too mature for toys at 10, they were all taken away from me, but I never forgot about any of them. I have replaced a lot of them throughout the years (and still continue looking). Several years ago, my amazing Brother-In-Law gave me a new movie viewer and Lonesome Ghosts for Christmas, and I have to say it's quite possibly one of the best Christmas presents I have EVER received!
So please enjoy the cartoon that brought us Lonesome Ghosts!
