I STITCHED!

Yep, you read that right, I actually stitched today! Granted, it wasn't much, but at least it was a start. I left off on Lilo and Stitch Otherwise back on July 30th (I can't believe it's been that long!):

And I made it here today:

I just had to do something other than stare at the "lost house". They warned me that the Ritalin would make my OCD worse, but since I've never seen OCD as crutch, I couldn't imagine how. Now I know.

I'm trying really hard to let it go (don't sing it)...all I've been able to do is look at other houses that I could never ever afford and make myself sick trying to figure out a way to get one. The therapist told me I didn't need to come back unless I felt the need, and as much as I hate to admit it, I need. Guess I'll have to make a phone call come Monday morning.

I'm so sorry for the loss of the house Keiley. But, I am very excited to see you stitching again. Nice progress on Lilo and Stitch.

I would think of it as not a loss of a house, more of a sign it wasn't meant to be ... because a better one will come along eventually. Just keep looking and stay positive!!
Most importantly, keep stitching... this is such a beautiful design, I love it!!

It's very good to see this one again, and I'm glad you were able to stitch. Like Ingrid I'm taking this as a "not meant to be" sign, but that doesn't mean it doesn't royally suck.

Nice to see you stitching again and that's nice progress for the time you got. I'm so sorry that house is still haunting you.

That looks like a lot of progress to me! Glad to see you are stitching again.
Sorry to hear that your OCD is bad, I hope the doctors are able to help you. Maybe you could start to get your finances in order so that you are preparing for a house move in the future?
